Enduro Cup Kicks off at Road America

V817 Road America

Round Nine of the 2017 CANZ V817 series saw the start of the Moobie Madness Enduro Cup. Teams and drivers were encouraged to roll out retro liveries from previous CANZ and RGL ORC seasons, and the small field taking part responded with some fantastic recreations of old works. The small field didn’t result in a lot of close racing in the end, especially for race 1. With the faster drivers at the pointy end the field spread quickly, battles raged early but dissipated as the laps wore on. Scav3nger took…

2017 Changes to TSG’s Website

Screwed Gamers 2016 Logo

Hello Everyone, welcome to the first website post of 2017. We’ve got a couple of changes that have been made to the website for this year. Let’s take a look and outline what’s different. Navigating to the forums will now bring you to a new integrated forum. Unfortunately we were not able to transfer content from the old forums and keep user accounts, so this is essentially a 2.0 fresh start for user accounts (more on that later). The old forums can still be found by navigating to http://screwedgamers.com/forum/ or…

A New Champion Is Crowned

The 2016 V8 Supercars Championship went right down to the wire at the Long Beach circuit, with a new champion crowned as a retiring veteran bowed out. The streets of Long Beach promised to throw up challenges to the drivers, with tyre barriers, concrete walls, and that pesky roundabout all offering up their fair share of incidents. Qualifying was relatively business as usual, the early running showed once again that the three championship contenders would continue battling for the title. The surprise at the end of the session was seeing…

Finals Week One – Knights Through to Grand Final, Devils to play Raiders

Pitching for quick fire halves and potentially less goals scored. The first game was the preliminary game between Knights of Utopia and Midnight Raiders. With the winner to proceed directly to the grand final…
