Share your best lap times for the upcoming Bathurst Enduro!

Just been doing some testing for a fuel strategy (the strategy itself didn't work, just FYI) but I managed to get a 2:08.363. Turns out going slower makes you faster, the faster I tried to push it the slower I got, started lifting and coasting into half the corners and went over a second faster than my previous best 2:09.442, not bad.
Yeah. It's very much a flowing circuit, have to take your time with every corner.

I've done a couple of laps and managed a 2:09:8xx, but that was in tuning, probably be different in rivals.

I'm hearing the falcon is best on fuel, so may look at a one stopper....
Did another session tonight working on fuel strat, looking like Merc's will need to make two stops to get the 29 laps done. I could get it to 28 (two much slower 14 lap stints to gain an extra lap on a balls to the wall stint) but 15 laps is just not possible unless I restrict the car to 250 on the straights, haha.

Fastest lap now down to 2:08.092. Pretty happy with the overall balance of the car at this point, gets a bit of a handful when the tyres get up near 50% wear but you could probably say that about all the cars.
So ran out of fuel on the 15th lap on Conrad, if I play the cards right should be in the box seat.

So can get into the 2:08.9... But not consistent enough, bit over steery going into the slow corners.
Yeah, Merc is not making 29 laps on one stop. It's a 34-35 second pit stop so we'd need to be consistently going 2 seconds/lap faster to make up the time it takes to make the extra stop. I think it's pretty safe to say a Merc will not win this race if it stays clean.

How much slower do you have to drive it to make it 15 laps though? Or are you still going pretty much 100% and the car is just a whole lap better on fuel?
Was going 100% the whole time. Not until I realised I was finishing lap 14 did I start to go easy on the throttle. But it was cutting it super fine.
Even coasting for an entire lap (lifting before the kink into the chase) I still use 7% fuel per lap, which means (doing the maths because I cbf doing a full run right now) I'd get to 98% used after 14 laps as I'd previously managed. On top of that we'd be up to 4 seconds a lap slower just making 14 laps work. We'll get 28 of 29 laps on one stop. 26 of 29 if we push and only make it 13 laps per stint.

I'm interested to know what the Holden and Nissan are getting fuel wise, I don't think we have anyone in the Vovlo now do we?
I've got the falcon down to mid to low 2:08's if I push. But it's on edge, doesn't take much for a mistake.
Mid 2.09s in the Nissan, about 14 laps on fuel, if I could find that extra little bit of time it might be okay
I should cut a few laps at some point hey.....
