Given this year is the first year we are able to open the CANZ Championship Series on Forza to PC players there's a bit of testing that needs to be done. As a resident PC and Xbox player I would like to organise test nights between now and season start to make sure any PC players that wish to join will be able to do so and maintain our previous levels of community engagement (pre/post race discussion and in-race communication).<br />
<br />
The second test will be on February 21st.  I will commence lobby hosting on PC at 8:30pm AEDT and will be prepared with the following methods of communication:<br />
Xbox App running on PC<br />
In-Game voice chat on PC<br />
<br />
Xbox One party<br />
Xbox One In-Game voice chat<br />
<br />
Last time (the 31st) it was only Drifter and I so we jumped in the Endurance GT lobby and did some publobby racing. I couldn't get party chat to work on PC and in-game chat would only send my voice not receive others. So definitely need to try some more settings to see if I can get it working.<br />
<br />
See you (hopefully more of you) on the 21st! This will probably be our last one before the season starts too, so I'd like to get some pre-season footage in V8's (they don't have to be final liveries if you're not ready to show them off yet, just something placeholder for your team).]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[V8sonline or V8Supercars Online Premier Series Bathurst 1000 is on tomorrow (Sunday) starting at 11.30am. Thanks to my teammate he has qualified the team in the top 50 and ill be competing in the race! I'll be racing against some of the best Aussie sim racers.<br />

Qualifying for the grid, support races and the shootout is on tonight at 6pm EST<br />

			<description><![CDATA[On November 3rd we'll be holding a series test night for 2017 and the final two rounds of the Muscle Car Masters. We may also do some social racing if we cover everything quickly enough.<br />
<br />
On the night we will be testing the following for viability and racing quality:<br />
GT3/GTE, understandably some vehicles on this list would probably require balancing, the idea is to determine how much work would be involved.<br />
Formula Ford, likely a support series<br />
Classic F1 using the 1976 vehicles<br />
TCC using any vehicle from the STCC, WTCC, or BTCC<br />
RS200's, an old classic<br />
Modern Hatchback, using any C class hatchback<br />
Bring Your Own (A Class) Series<br />
Mini Cooper Classic<br />
MX-5 Cup<br />
CotF 2.0 (would require a bit of work bringing some cars up to spec and getting them balanced, but I think we'd manage it if we worked together)<br />

In "Nail the Apex" drivers take turns attempting to thread the needle between two cars on the apex of a corner. Each time Nail the Apex is run a different corner is used to keep the challenge fresh. Cars making the "barriers" must leave approximately a car's length between each vehicle to allow a space wide enough for a car to fit through.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Reverse Challenge:</span><br />
Anyone can drive a car forwards, but how do you go driving in reverse? Find out with the reverse challenge. A random car is selected (a stock vehicle so an unowned vehicle can be picked) along with a random circuit. Vehicles must be travelling in reverse at all times.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">The Tumble Dryer:</span><br />
Mixing things up a little bit, the tumble dryer sees drivers travelling both clockwise and counterclockwise on a circuit on alternating laps. The race starts with drivers travelling the alternate direction to the circuit for one lap, then travelling the pit lane and completing two laps, they must then enter the pit lane again, and on exit run the alternate layout for another lap. Repeating the process until the laps are reached.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Hadron Collider:</span><br />
In Hadron Collider teams take turns running laps of an oval circuit to a time limit (default: 10 minutes) with best distance scoring. It is the opposing teams mission to run the opposite direction and stop the forward running team from reaching an unchasable distance. In the second round, roles are reversed, and the team which set the distance must now defend it and stop the opposition from travelling further. Best played with A or S class vehicles.<br />

Two cars leave a parking space just wide enough for you to fit your car into, can you powerslide into the position?]]></description>
